Author Topic: Origin account was hacked, name and security question changed  (Read 4746 times)

My Origin account was hacked into and everything was changed. I was able to revert the email back to mine and the password to something else but I need to change my name ID back and the friend changed my security question to something Russian as well. Is there any way to remove my security question/change it without knowing it and to change my ID back? Origins help site is a bitch to navigate.

The security question was in russian but it's this
"Name the brand and model of your first car ."

If you could help my bruteforce this that would be nice. Since EA's "help" is basically offline until monday.

Anyone have any suggestions? Because this friend also put a secondary email on that I can't remove without the security answer.

He also removed all my friends and added 1 of his.

I tried to get in but it seems like they are only open Monday-Saturday. If they're open today as well can you please send a link since EA's site is torture to navigate.

I was able to changed my email and password back via emails origin sent me, however it never sent me emails about the security questions change, second email added, or name ID change.
