Going to add some things on for anyone that might be willing to read this that sort of ties in with the earlier leaks about Sombra possibly being a new hero and some speculation concerning Sombra.

So right off the bat we know that Sombra is/was a female sniper. In the Recall video, if you pause and go to 2:06, on the far right you can see a female sniper in blue. Likewise you can see the same person in better detail in this image from the Soldier: 76 origins video(I believe thats what it is from, correct me if im wrong).
But theres one thing I noticed about the sniper that stood out, and that's the tattoo on the eye.
Pharah also has a similar tattoo on one of her eyes as shown here
That's one possible link from Pharah to the person in the former pictures. But theres also something else in Pharah's lore that hints at the fact that the two are related, which is
As a child, Fareeha dreamed of following in her mother's footsteps and joining the global peacekeeping force, Overwatch.
Keep in mind this is all speculation, but my theory is that the person in the blue beret is Sombra, and that she was Pharah's mother who, as we know, was a member of Overwatch. Whether or not she will be a playable character is up for debate but I wouldnt rule it out due to the fact that Pharah isnt very old.
