how do i play mei on offense? i've tried to pick her up a few times but haven't found any success.

No matter what settings I put it on it is always stuck at 50 FPS, even with vsync off.

For me personally I haven't had a problem running the game at "Epic" with 60 fps (Display cap). I believe that graphics settings need a restart to change, so maybe that's why you are getting 50 fps on all settings?

I tried changing the graphic settings to the ones nvidia recommended and while it ran just as smoothly, it caused my game to crash (lost rendering device) every 30 minutes or so

guide to playing mei (applicable to all maps, all positions)
1. spray ice like you're having a seizure whenever an enemy appears on your screen
2. after freezing an enemy (which is guaranteed), take 2-3 seconds to stand still and line up a headshot so your frozen victim is forced to see how stupid you look
3. heal and escape whenever someone comes close to killing you so you live forever and keep your ult charged constantly
4. ult literally any time you feel threatened

I hate D.VA with passion, I want to beat the stuff out of her, I just hate her stuffty roostery attitude and her design. I loving hate it so much, and everyone who plays her, she's a terrible tank as well. She's so easy to destroy why do people play her I hate just seeing her face I wanna loving punch it god damnit.

I tried. Maybe it's just an issue with AMD cards (I'm using a Gigabyte Windforce 7950)

You shield your team with ice walls so they can push the cart/take the objective. Stand close to the wall and if anyone passes ambush them with ice.

wow gee, winston is such a balanced hero too, i mean hes stupidly mobile, he has a lot of health, and you dont have to aim! hell they even give you a loving get out of jail card with the bubble if youre low on health and someone is following you
