lucio: has an ability that is occasionally referred to in the community as a "boop"
sombra: says "boop" multiple times in official media

there's no concrete evidence it's one way or the other but I have a really strong feeling it was an early sombra gag

Apparently 'Sombra' was said something in chat as well so I think it was done on purpose.

The ISO for Windows 10 is free. It allows you to use it without a key but strips the customization. Windows 7 used to progressively make your PC more unpleasant to use until it shut your PC down after a few hours but it seems that has been removed since.
Also keys are locked to your motherboard so you can permanently deactivate your copy by simply swapping a dead motherboard.

after i installed my second monitor my fps went from good at high settings to unplayable fps at minimum. even after turning the second monitor off it sucks. any advice

...Uninstall the second monitor? Turning off the screen still has it receiving data, you'll have to disconnect it entirely.

i have uninstalled it and still ahve been getting fps drops at low settings

I'm not sure how I feel about the leveling change

I guess since the total exp to rise 100 levels is mostly the same it doesn't matter too much, but I'm bummed that there isn't a nice loot box bonus as a reward for being promoted anymore

sometimes my screen freezes but I can still move my character and hear the sounds

I can't play 1v1 or 6v6 randoms because it might put me on Winston or Tracer and ruin my play times :(

As far as everything else goes, it's fun; I played some 3v3 as Zenyatta and got POTG 2/3 games, and playing against Sombra isn't as infuriating as I first expected

Zarya feels so stuffty to play for me now. It feels like they increased the shield decay rate or something. I know shields only give 40 charge now, but something just feels off.
