sure, you just have to cross through the area she's watching without getting two-shot, sneak up on her during the short time her recon visor isn't active, make sure you're playing one of the few heroes that can reach the area she's surely in, and deal enough damage in a short enough amount of time that she can't hook away to the safety of her team

and then she grapples way away and headshots you for 300 damage within one second
the only way I've ever been able to kill her is to sneak up on her with reinhardt

and despite healing a lot as lucio, he still has a lot of losses :c not to mention lucio is loving great at speed boosting and then shooting and smacking them in the face

yeah because we had a ~lv 130 widowmaker earlier that kept getting headshots on us and hooking away when we tried to get her

literally the only counter rn to a good widowmaker is another widowmaker
we had a tank to try and get her off the sniping spot but she literally keeps headshotting them at close range and hooking away like wtf

same for bastion, if theyre alone (no mercy/rein protecting them), 76 can unload a clip and press r-click for a quick death
