sure, you just have to cross through the area she's watching without getting two-shot, sneak up on her during the short time her recon visor isn't active, make sure you're playing one of the few heroes that can reach the area she's surely in, and deal enough damage in a short enough amount of time that she can't hook away to the safety of her team
