The coin flip/sudden death mechanic is stupid, that's the only problem I've had

your loot is determined the second that you earn the box. saving them wouldn't do anything

playing him as a secondary support is a blast. lucio/zenyatta or mercy/zenyatta combo works out 90% of the time
