what is: weekly brawl

and I'm joking about that mostly, though in a sense I'm not because that skin was really the only skin I've wanted to get so I dont really have any goals in overwatch anymore since I can't obtain it anymore, and just playing the game just to play the game has just gotten stale with no new changes/updates.
