Just stops them from using abilities it seems like. Not disabling their weapons. It'd help better to judge these if we knew durations, cooldowns, and ranges.

since sombra has an ability that can disable health packs and symmetra, the only support character that can’t heal, is getting a re-work soon, my prediction is that symmetra will have a new ability where she places down temporary health packs
