starting in season 6 you can now drop out of any skill level (except bronze, obviously) instead of just masters/grandmasters

Mercy and Dva rework has been put on PTR:

Mercy's Resurrect is now an ability with a 30 second cooldown.
Her ultimate, Valkyrie, now makes her be able to fly/hover and it boosts all of her abilities.

D.va has a new ability, Micro Missiles.
