laws against prostitution
Laws against prostitution are fair (in my opinion) because prostitutes are usually bound to their profession by drug addictions that are reinforced by their entrepreneur s. By buying their services, you're actively harming another person, and so it makes sense to put some sort of legal incentive that cuts down on the number of people buying prostitutes. The penalties for soliciting prostitution aren't egregiously severe either (like those given for drug possession).

If it was an industry that was regulated and composed of consenting, professional adults (like some of the licensed brothels in Nevada), then it should be legal.

"It is illegal for a driver to be blindfolded while operating a vehicle."

... That's not dumb at all.

ur dum
how is this dumb
I'm gonna be honest I can only kinda understand those laws
like it's gross and all but... so? you're literally not hurting anything by simply having love with a corpse
now I do agree that it should be illegal to dig up bodies that other people buried, unrelated to you entirely. but like if your spouse dies and you always agreed that that kinda thing could... happen... after they died, why tf not?

it is like this because it is illegal. and I am absolutely certain that the laws against it were not created to protect them

I suppose the nature and concept is dependent on the individual.
