You are paying for government workers salary, for example. That is "other people's stuff." You are being forced to pay for other people's stuff right now. The direct implication of your statement was that this "paying for other people's stuff" is bad and you wish for it not to happen.

For that to occur there has to be no taxes, and if there are no taxes there is no government. At all. That is literally anarchy.
