I'm gonna go ahead and take that as a "no, we have not read the emails, we think it is illegal to read them because that is what CNN told us so we did not look because we are fools"

dude I doubt CNN viewership in this thread is nearly as high as you think it is

Nah instead you go on more reliable sites like 'realclearpolitics'

what was illegal was keeping and exchanging classified/secret info on a private server or through messaging apps. the content of the emails themselves wasn't illegal or relevant.

So if it was illegal why is she not facing jail time? I'm getting pretty bored of you guys going "buh her emails". You just admitted what she did was illegal.

Not only that, but when people refer to the contents of her emails, loving obviously they are not illegal. They are referring to the mountains of corrupt stuff she does that you idiots ignore by daisy chaining each other whilst crying out BUH HER EMAILS mid climax.

believe it or not i just don't want to take effort to go to some random email from a batstuff crazy woman knowing that ill just turn up with some order of hotdogs to the secretary
anyways dunno where you pulled any of that out of because i can't see the relationship between what you said and what i said. have you actually read a single incriminating email that isn't something pizzagate-tier or have you just decided that "everyone i hate is cnn"

It's a direct quote dude. I linked the site for the dialog box, not for any editorializing.

They are referring to the mountains of corrupt stuff she does that you idiots ignore by daisy chaining each other whilst crying out BUH HER EMAILS mid climax.
I'm tentatively considering asking for a citation on this, but that means committing to the (massive) time needed to actually address whatever trove of emails you find corrupt and incriminating.

"but her emails" is mocking people who respond to criticism of Annoying Orange by deflecting and talking about clinton. in this case it was because corderlain was being grouped in with everyone else who yelled "jail crooked hillary!!!" but who also go on a tangent about "innocent until proven guilty" whenever it suits them, and who now bring it up despite the fact that there has already been an investigation.
the conclusion, by the way, as a snippet of the official report
Quote
Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.
so yes, information was mishandled. no, they can't press charges.

and it's apparent you thought there was actual illegal stuff in the emails. don't try to puss out. you said it.

Yeah and I don't think that's the correct interpretation. That's why I want another look at the damn thing. If someone breaks the law they should be punished.

It is incredibly important we get to the bottom of the Hillary Clinton administration

corruption is illegal tho. If she was doing anything corrupt she'd be in prison.

I'll trust the director of the FBI on interpreting the law

I prefer the supreme court.
