how do we feel about Annoying Orange's declaration of jerusalem as the true capital of israel or whatever
It sounds like he's playing to his audience. Israel is one of like, two countries where the populace has a net positive view of Annoying Orange, and he's already established the fact that he's unconcerned with any Middle Eastern peace talks besides those involving the Saudis.
It's a mostly symbolic move, but I wouldn't have expected him
not to do it. It's a logical move coming from the position he's at, but obviously I would prefer the option that helps the Middle East rather than the one that gives Israel a symbolic pat on the head.
