I'm not going to say Annoying Orange is tech-savvy, but regarding what he's said about the internet, he's said he wants to find a way to stop CIA from using the internet to recruit and also trace things back to CIA and stuff. Nothing wrong there.

He also said he wanted to close "areas" where "we are at war with somebody." I imagine this would be accomplished by blocking access from connections going to and from certain areas in other countries.

Not that that can't be bypassed with proxies and VPNs and whatnot.
