I'm going to respond how I did earlier. So he's not talking about voting, because in the context, she's already president and trying to pick her judges. He's not talking about impeaching, because as much as they might want to, it won't happen. He's not talking about protesting because that wouldn't do stuff. So either he's talking about an armed uprising
aka going to war with the government and inevitably killing huge masses of people or, trying to do something directly against hillary. I don't see any other possibilities and both of them are really stupid and worrying.
