[NEWS] Hillary Clinton revealed to be five-year-old girl

I'd believe that if he wasn't calling them "crazy', "whackjobs", and "irrelevant dopes"
If someone was lying about you repeatedly or blowing everything you ever said wildly out of proportion, I don't think you would be civil about it.
um, because she's dead. she literally can not gain anything from you promoting it. it's just disrespectful
Disrespectful to promote your friend's work? What the forget are you talking about? It doesn't matter that it's about him, friends want everyone to see each other's work. If she didn't want to have her book promoted by the guy she wrote about in it, in which she endorses, she wouldn't have written the loving book.

i think in general it's just in bad taste to juxtapose "rip best friend :[" and "check out their book where they talk about how awesome i am ;]"

The only way for the winner to save the country is
They gotta do the cookin' by the book

No, stricter defamation laws mean that you don't get to do what forgetin' Gawker did.

You don't get to ruin people's lives through lies. That is not what free speech is about. You can abuse freedoms, which is why criminals can't get guns and why you can't yell "BOMB!" in an airport.

yeah that's why libel and slander are already crimes

the difference i guess being that those are crimes because they're inherently malicious, whereas criticizing someone or being rude publicly probably isn't. ofc the line could be fuzzy at times but it's definitely there, and it's normally dangerous to let the government start enforcing anti-meanie policies in cases where there isn't going to be direct harm like you said

Yeah just look at the EU as an example. Specifically Scotland and Germany.

Exactly. Banning criticism is an SJW tactic. Annoying Orange knows better than that (amazing right).
