actually black people have disproportionate incarceration rates for nearly every single category of crime:

https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2015/crime-in-the-u.s.-2015/tables/table-43

why is this
because of racial profiling and the fact that we forced them into ghettos after they started moving into cities and they've been stuck in a poverty cycle ever since. but it sounds more like you're implying that black people are naturally violent so good luck with that.

stop misandric gender profiling

because of racial profiling

so it's racial profiling that makes 13% of the population account for 51% of all murder arrests and 53.5% of all robbery arrests?

but it sounds more like you're implying that black people are naturally violent so good luck with that.

lol ok

and the fact that they've been forced into poverty? there's no non-tribal way to say this isn't because of racism.

burh.

im curious as to how theyve been forced into poverty when they make up 32% of welfare recipients despite being 13% of the population. it sure seems like a lot of government aid is being thrown their way to help them out

You could probably unite more people under the "help the poor" shtick if you stopped blaming it on government conspiracy

It also doesn't help that liberals need to keep people in poverty to stay in office

I didn't say it was the government

The evil white people New World Order

That may be so but after a while if black people don't pull themselves up out of poverty it's kind of their problem. There's no never-ending well of racism keeping black communities down, lol. Speaking from experience, the biggest hinderance to black people is other black people, followed closely by the "blame whitey" mentality, where nothing is a black person's fault, because racism.

Racial profiling happens because blacks commit more crime. Once again, it does begin with racism, but after a certain point, it's pretty self perpetuating. Since blacks commit more crime, they're more likely to be seen as potential criminals. A police officer is more likely to lose his life in an encounter with a black man, so they have cause to be wary. I'm not justifying anything, just explaining how it is. In 2017 it's hard to blame the problems in the black community on racism. The vast majority of people in the US do not hold tribal views anymore.

I didn't say it was the government

then who was it? private citizens? discrimination for housing solely on the basis of race is illegal to my knowledge, so nothing is stopping a black family with acceptable criminal records and adequate funds from moving into a generic middle class neighborhood

do you want to know what one of the biggest reasons the black community is stuck in poverty and crime is? their family unit no longer exists. nobody ever addresses this, though. the closest you get is "y dont u know ur father lel" memes.

the model cities program was a raging success just look at detroit

so i looked into the numbers for illegitimate births and single parents households and wow are they worse than i remembered

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2013/jul/29/don-lemon/cnns-don-lemon-says-more-72-percent-african-americ/

73% of blacks are born illegitimately compared to 29% for whites and 17% for asians, and 67% live in single parent households compared to 25% and 17%

the fact is that drugs flow freely into ghettos, gangster culture is big, education is poor, and there are few good role models. this means children aren't told how to act like respectable human beings, it's very difficult to get a good education (plus college is too ridiculous an expense to even consider) so they have very low prospects from birth. they learn that petty theft, armed robbery, and drug dealing are the best ways to make money. it is a never ending cycle.

maybe we should police those areas more
