downsize the government
stop spending so much on trying to help the poor when it's done nothing to the poverty rate
cut spending to everything else, including military (at differing percentages based on importance)
do a flat tax rate and then lower corporate tax rates
you smug liberals make it sound like a dumb idea but it's pretty obvious rich people wouldn't be trying to hoard their money if people weren't trying to take it from them

oh and wages would rise too because they'd have the money to comfortably pay their workers more so that gets your proletariat richard hard in addition to all that
