Author Topic: -2 Weapon Packs Modding Call-  (Read 1611 times)

Currently, I am planning (Along with a few other Add-Ons planned) on creating two weapon packs, and are looking for potential coders, modelers, and testers.

Though I will not be disclosing any names unless there are people whom expressed interest, they are expressively different from each other.
The first pack is an entirely Melee-based pack. What should set this pack apart for normal melee weapon packs is that these weapons take functions from the Action Melee Mod and Dueling Weapons Mod; using different swing animations, blocking/countering function, and a special finishing/power up move at a Right-Click.

The second pack will be a flipside pack, based around Bushido's T+T packs, but utilizing the ammo code from his most recent weapon, the Sawn-Off Rifle. No major bells or whistles other than subtle reload and fire animations, and occasional weapons with an Alt-Fire mode, and hopefully making for a cleaner weapon pack.

If anyone is interested in helping out, you may reach me through Steam, the BL Forums, or my primary email, as this is a large pack to even do by myself, and thus, would like some help from any who are willing to see 2 new powerful weapon packs.

For this of you wondering that this should be in Modification Help; no, this doesn't belong there. It is simply an interest check for any modelers, coders or testers who would like something like these to be created, if at all possible.

I'm just curious but is the second pack gonna be based around realistic or gimmicky weapons? I'd be fine either way but personally I think more gimmicky weapons would be better, or at least a few

These will be public Add-Ons. No, they will not be realistic, and will be based of weaponry that either do not exist because of the technology, or by sheer ridiculousness.
