Many of us preordered XCOM 2 and have the privilege of using the Resistance Warrior Armor, you should make an EXALT Soldier. This is actually really simple. The soldier has to be a man, as there are no female EXALT soldiers. Give them the "Simple Short" hairstyle and the Lower Face Prop, "Striped Bandana." Then, equip them with the Resistance Warrior Armor, and change the Torso to the one the woman below wears. Then make the armor color white! There you go. EXALT Soldier in XCOM 2.
