I totally agree with Tony. I totally support the idea of security, however, if I want something, I want it now. Email verification should be the only step between items being swapped, and the items are held till you confirm the email.

However, people who want extra security and spend more time on trading, should have the option to do that. It shouldn't be forced on everyone is what I'm saying. That being said, if you somehow get scammed while you have the option turned off, valve shouldn't have to do anything. I understand valve doesn't want people to lose their stuff, but they shouldn't force everyone to have to wait 15 days for items.

Yeah like 1 scrap for a TF2 weapon which equals like less than 5 cents.

Of course TF2 server trading still has about 3-15+ trade holds.

I had an Android but I lost it somehow (I had turned it off so I couldn't call it) and I'll have to cope with this now.

the same reason why microsoft ditched the whole idea of allowing you to turn off updates with windows 10 home (pro allows you to though)

everybody kept disabling it and it caused such a major issue to the point where they just couldn't allow it to happen anymore.
