It's cool. You aren't totally in the wrong, actually. The UNSC is the UN body that can set sanctions, and right now the DPRK isn't one of the elected non-permanent members.

However, it's not like they're being poorly represented. China is the DPRK's strongest ally, plus China has veto power in the Security Council as a P5 member. If these sanctions were even slightly unreasonable, China would have veto'd the stuff out of them.

We can't invade North Korea because China is an ally.
