Flick shots are a thing and the demo is at a much smaller tick rate than anything. I think it was 16 tick.
Though the distance is so big and the reaction time and pause were so bad it is a bit suspicious.

he was acting suspicious at one point though.  He got three headshots in a row in CT.  I didn't gif that though.
