What Happens:
Person 1 is doing something they shouldn't
Person 2 attempts to tell an admin
Person 1 stops what they are doing for a time while the admin is watching, then promptly goes back to doing something they shouldn't
OPs Request:
Person 1 is doing something they shouldn't
Person 2 sends a message to all admins that person 1 can't see
Admin comes and is able to properly observe Person 1s behavior
Person one is properly disciplined
Order remains and all is well
The request is basically a form of the chat where only the admins can see the messages but normal people can also send messages. normal people cannot see any messages in this chat except their own.
