most city rpgs die because of three reasons:

too many criminals

too many cops

it becomes a deathmatch

as long as you can mitigate these reasons or prolong them...
then hey this seems pretty sweet

those things are always problems, but if anything /kills/ said server it's the gamemodes inefficient database or blockland not being able to function properly with more than ~250000 bricks.

Really? Kreon's community rp has around 250k bricks and it's not running poorly at all. To go with that, I have a couple maps I made that are roughly around 400k bricks right now that don't lag me at all whatsoever

we need playable piano for the pianist

This seems like a cool idea. I recommend hosting it publicly so we can see if it's a good idea or not!

The easiest way to fix those is to not let any job spawn with weapons except for those who can lose their job if they use it unwisely. (like cops)
And if I remember correctly, that is a thing in DarkRP.

my only request is let the cook actually cook food instead of just using a microwave

Dude this looks awesome. Good luck.

Holy stuff, this is going to be awesome. I am so playing this when the server is released.

That's the reason city rpgs are popular. No one comes on to be a shop keeper. Maybe the occasional builder.

pretty much this. (except for me i play rps to be a shopkeeper fuk u dannu)
most city rpgs die because the current standard cityrpg is grind trees and ores until money becomes worthless.
with darkrp, we skip the grinding and go right to the fun, and money really doesn't lose its value.
