marijuana: legalize, regulate and tax it
universal healthcare: i'm a canadian and i love the system we have

Legalize the damn kush

Abort the fetus

And gimme my pills
So yes to all 3

pot does have some medical applications so if it was regulated and whatnot it'd be fine to be legal
abortion (not going into morals) should be legal
universal healthcare yeah I'm game
also who loving cares if it raises taxes it's gonna be pretty hard for that tax raise to beat out whatever loving sack of stuff medical coverage some people have and also beat out the loving fine that people get for not having healthcare

like seriously I want whoever came up with that fining idea to be lynched

I'm guessing people who just say "pro" for abortion mean pro-choice, right?

no, pro-abortion
everyone should get abortions

even me?
you, maxwell, are the REASON everyone should get abortions

Nobody sane should be against universal healthcare, Yeah it'll raise taxes, But will it cost as much as your health insurance? How much have I spent on health fees in my life? like £150 maximum?

pro-marijuana
pro-choice
anti-universal healthcare

It depends on how it's implemented, honestly. The majority of the healthcare industry should still remain privatized, as public institutions suffer from way more bureaucracy and inefficiency than private ones. But there's no reason why a country like the United States should not be providing universal healthcare at this point. If properly implemented, it should save us money, as worse healthcare costs us more in the long-run because health issues become more expensive as they get worse.

In terms of the legalization of marijuana, I'm not actively for it or against it. I'd say I'm closer to being in agreement with it being legalized, but being strictly moderated. Studies have shown that it can be extremely helpful in treating various ailments and it is less dangerous (and arguably more enjoyable) than tobacco use, which remains legal yet restricted to this day. If marijuana were legalized and I was in a good place to experiment, I probably wouldn't mind using it once just to see what it feels like.

On late term abortions, I'm against it. People shouldn't be allowed to make the decision on when a fetus = human and tearing apart a baby just because the mother doesn't want to care for it is not okay. She should carry it to term and put it up for adoption if she truly can't or doesn't want it. However, on very early term procedures, such as Plan B and other emergency contraceptives, I don't have an issue with those AS LONG AS they are carried out within a week or two of possible conception.

On universal healthcare, I don't really have a stance or the knowledge for it. I can see pros and cons for it but neither stance really stands out for me.
