playing fortress mode should be fine

Yes.

Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition is lightweight and not very resource intensive. You might have issues with the graphics when using a netbook but if it's a laptop, go for it!

hp pavilion with intel celeron and 2gb ran it just fine back in 2008 through 2009

yeah, roblox would be good, as long as you don't play games like the plaza.
