What?.. What is a lego map even?

I think he means the enclosed instruction book
Not sure that's the right link
But that would be a sensible explanation
As for me I never hate Lego. Even when I step on Lego.

I was never in to them.

[something about stepping]

  • The prices in LEGO are artifically inflated on top of the standard shipping, tax and currency conversion rates. I cannot physically keep up with my collector friends in other parts of the world because it costs me well above what they're paying to get the same goods.
  • Stock Availability has always been questionable in Australia, and even the official online store blocks me from purchasing many rare and awesome sets for no reason that I can fathom.
  • Like water pipe, I have no creativity in terms of building. I strictly enjoy my sets for building via the instructions, but after that's done it feels like a giant letdown and waste.
  • The parts are extremely easy to lose, and replacing some of the rarer parts in my library would cost upwards of a couple hundred.
  • My brother painted, super-glued and sawed pieces in half. He had no respect for the bricks and it's left me with a library of parts to replace.
  • The LEGO Tt Games. Don't even get me started.

The cost of manufacturing LEGOs have increased due to environmental taxes. They are trying to develop a new material for their bricks but it may just increase in price. They also recently ended their partnership with Shell (oil giant.)

so your real problems are really just being australian right?

They cost a forgetton now, and the ammounts of peices per set are dropping. The buildings are extremely 2d now when compared to sets about 5 years ago
