Especially since there are idiots here who might just start to harass the people you HARVEST. We don't like the list because it's demonizing and poor administration/server managment.

I couldn't give a stuff about your server, but being arbitrarily noted as a malicious user to be banned from all servers might start getting me banned from other servers. Or perhaps worse.

This. I think that for the most part, a blacklist is good for those who actually deserve to be on the blacklist.
But it seems as though Tony's Blacklist accounts for some people who haven't even done more than a few minor offenses, and in doing so, paints those people in the same negative light as those who actually do belong on the Blacklist.

Just saying, clan blacklists have been around a looooong time. I used one when I had a clan, and so did practically everyone else. It's literally just a list of people banned from his server. Get over it.
