It'd be quite simple actually, you could even make it work with pastebin so you wouldn't have to have your own site.
I did this with the Better IP Ban script when users crashing servers was common.

Qi has a private blacklist (there isn't even an official list) specifically for this reason.

Also I left Qi so no that wouldn't happen. The only member of Qi that semi actively posts any criticism of harvest is nicepoint.

if you had a clan and tony was spewing bs because you put him on a list that was meant for people like him
wouldnt you be annoyed that he wouldnt let it go because seriously if someone outside of the clan were to see his name
and be like "well that guys name is on some random clan im not even in and im clearly not intelligent enough to just watch him

If someone is on a clan list its because that clan doesn't like them
that doesnt mean youre considered bad by the rest of us
its just people in that particular clan dont like you so if you cant handle a little hate from a few people in a group
then you have some problems that need to be straightened out before you start posting in their topic again
or better yet dont post in their topic at all
