You only have to wear them at night. Its really not any more inconvenient than brushing your teeth before bed. Literally just pop them in, it takes zero effort and doesn't even hurt unless you forget to wear them for a night or two.

That's one reason why I'm not getting them, I see no point in doing so anyway

Because your teeth suck if you don't. People find nice straight teeth attractive, just fyi.

They said I only had to wear it all the time for a few months, but I ended up just wearing them at night anyway. Worked out totally fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
