You only have to wear them at night. Its really not any more inconvenient than brushing your teeth before bed. Literally just pop them in, it takes zero effort and doesn't even hurt unless you forget to wear them for a night or two.

That's one reason why I'm not getting them, I see no point in doing so anyway

You have to wear them for a while day and night when you first get them (for me i have to wait 2 years before i can wear them just at night)

They said I only had to wear it all the time for a few months, but I ended up just wearing them at night anyway. Worked out totally fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
