have you never used notepad? it can convert specific files into readable text, but its all computer language.
Phlack was just trying to talk on the same level as Sebi, who has had less experience with Blockland.
He obviously knows what notepad is, he has had this game since 2008 giving him at least 8 years of computer experience.
And notepad doesn't convert it, because the file doesn't change.
Notepad can just read .bls files because they are saved as text, just with a different extension.
