Author Topic: Swatting Update: He's caught  (Read 38767 times)

Alright, I have some more info.

He was interrogated at his house, where he confessed to swatting Anthony and I. He hasn't confessed to any others yet, but evidence is pointing towards the swatting of a public school and a Walmart. He's a home-schooled kid and according to his parents, they had no idea he was doing these things and are horrified. His parents are going to try and get him help, since he had no idea of the consequences that swatting people reaps, and they believe he has some kind of addiction to it.

About an arrest, it's probably not going to happen. Let's face it, he's 12, has no idea what he's doing, and has plenty of time to change. He's not going to be extradited to Illinois to be tried for a sentence. Getting caught hopefully scared him straight. Honestly, I don't think I would be alright with a 12 year-old getting 5 - 10 years for this.

To those who want solid 'evidence' or whatever, I doubt any news article is going to be posted. Sorry, but you'll have to either work with what I've posted here or just not believe me.
I hope this is enough to explain the situation, because this is all I know as of now.

uh, "no idea what he's doing", and "didn't know what the consequences were"
uh no

WOOHOO

you weren't ever there when this happened

[STORM SURGE EXPOSED; GONE WRONG GONE SWAT]

OI LAD YES!!

This dude is a loving nut job I love it

uh, "no idea what he's doing", and "didn't know what the consequences were"
uh no
who cares?

He's 12 and won't be facing any jail time regardless of his intentions/awareness.

Also... Lord tony here... Hes acting like blockchip. Harvest members that hate blockchip, time to hate your own leader!

What?

The only person directly talking about me (not to me) is CRITAWAKETS.

12 year olds don't deserve a prison sentence? this is a serious crime I think he should be put in prison for 1 year, that's like saying if he shot someone and didn't kill them he shouldn't be put in prison. Wasting the swat team for a "prank" is a crime and I think the people doing it should be punished to the extent regardless if they are 12. If it was a 8 year old then obviously don't put them in prison but by 12 you should know that sending the police for a prank is very stupid and has serious consequences

You're an idiot

12 year olds should be sent to juvenile hall for swatting and then finish the rest of their sentence in jail when they turn 18.

He's a home-schooled kid
I can't help but feel this contributed somehow

I'm still amazed how the police can't figure out where these calls come from so they just assume it's legit.

Badspot can revoke a key if he sees it being used by another person halfway around the world and he will revoke it faster than the swat team coming to Akio's house.

Lmfao in what fantasy do you reside what would convict a 12 year old for something like this. I'm sure you'll give me some made up story about a news story you read and not provide a source so now that we got that out of the way.
No judge or jury would send a 12 year old to juvy or prison for this. The fact you think it deserves enough incarceration time to carry over from 6 years in juvy to more time in jail is loving ridiculous. I know every post you make it trolling but like seriously lmao
