This is exactly why millennials as a whole piss me off. I'm not going to be one of those stuffheads that gets woefully nostalgic over times I never lived in, but seriously guys, what the forget.
It seems whatever protest is going on, the protestors invoke their rights to freedom of assembly/expression/speech to justify their gathering, but some of the same people do a complete 180 and say that the second amendment is invalid because the Constitution is old.
Many groups of people use it to justify their own ridiculous ideas and actions, but cherry picking the Constitution to allow rights you like while attempting to invalidate ones you don't is nothing short of hypocrisy and it really gets under my skin.
The other place I've seen it is college campuses. Whatever BLM/SJW bullstuff that's going on, they invoke the bill of rights to justify their posters/protests/borderline hate speech towards those that disagree, and then abuse the school to try to censor people they disagree with (i.e. calling campus police about chalk drawings with political slogans, pulling fire alarms during assemblies of those with different points of view to disrupt them, fabrication of rape accusations, etc etc)
