I've learned that having Youtube's desktop notifications enabled on Google Chrome is the best way to receive notifications for livestreams

Youtube's regular and mobile notifications are either too slow, or i have to manually receive the notification by refreshing the current page or opening up a Youtube page in a new tab

Using the bell doesn't make it any more instant
