the eye is too small, i think the fangs should be covered by the dragon's lips so it wouldn't look like weird tear shapes,

i think the mouth needs to be a bit bigger too unless if you tried to do that with the scaly-looking line right next to it. make the two lines connect

the entire head kinda seems a bit off in my personal opinion but i think it's a decent start. good job.
