can someone explain to me why football jerseys are so damn expensive? literally you could buy 12 swimsuits each with the same amount and quality of polyester for the same price as a single football jersey

now i have school spirit and all that stuff, and even a few pals on the football team, but honestly it gets to the point where its literally the biggest consumer of of money in any nonspecific fundraiser or extracurricular event, which causes all the "budget cuts" bullstuff
like i said i have friends on the football team but holy stuff if youre going to spend tens of thousands of dollars on your trash maybe win more than two or three games a season? please?

cuz dude you have to have SCHOOL SPIRIT for your SPORTSBALL team
