i started playing ssb4 on the wii u again
i can't wait til smash gets on the switch tho

I don't even have a Wii U, so i completely missed out on the Miiverse hype back when that was even a thing to be hyped for

It may not have been a good console, but i feel like i'm just missing out on all the games that used to be the hip and cool things to play, like Splatoon, Mario Maker, Smash Wii U, Pokken, and Super Mario 3D World

Not counting Mario Kart 8 though because that got an updated version on the Switch

so im in a bit of a dilemma---i wanted like three things for christmas and two of my friends already got all three of those things for me. my parents and others are also sick of giving me money and gift cards as gifts since i never really want anything
the problem is that the only things that i want as gifts are above 200 bucks so basically not gonna happen, and id love to not get any gifts from anybody and just go up to nyc or head back over to toronto for a week but my dad's schedule never works out for long term vacation time. i like shooting and that's what i had done for my birthday so i can't do it now. ugh i just wish people wouldn't bother trying to get me stuff when it's apparent that i don't actually want anything
