How bullets don't work.

I just watched the latest episode of "Film Theory" and I am loving triggered.

Film Theory: How to KILL X-Men's Magneto!

The description of bullets is painful.  This stuff is so bad I can't even form a coherent argument.  I'm just going to start with a list.

• Bullet diagram shows casing as "copper jacket" and projectile as "lead core"
• Shows bullet with attached casing flying through air
• Describes "full metal jacket" bullet as being steel covered
• Describes fmj bullets as being longer while pointing to a bullet with attached casing
• Cites article about nickel plated casings to assert that projectiles may be nickel plated
• Apparently read multiple articles about bullets without learning how bullets work
• 250k people have already watched this video and there's no comments about how everything in the entire video is wrong.  It hardly has any dislikes.

I'm actually pissed off because this is not the first time I have encountered this misconception.  A few years ago I actually started collecting images of bullets flying through the air with their casings attached - I could have written an article or comic about this and just linked it but I didn't because I'm a bum.  I guess I just thought it was a few dumb kids photoshopping bullets for stock photo sites and not everyone in the world being stupid.
