Looking forward to it, just not happy the reveal is at 2AM my time.

Curious to see what they're showing off; I haven't seen the trailers they rendered out.

Cool, i wonder how watered down this game will be when it's available

i played the first game through and i gotta say it wasn't THAT bad.

i just hated the driving physics, how chicago is apparently an island (which i should know it isn't since i can see the skyline from here), and the whole "press q to hack" mechanic.

It's the hip thing to stuff on a popular publisher.

The game was faulted (especially pre-release), but it's nowhere near terrible. It was just missing some essential polish on the topic that you would get in a game like GTA V which had MORE developers, a BIGGER budget and a LONGER development timespan.

Also, people don't realise how bad the game would be if you had to do a minigame for every single little hack, which is why I completely discredit that criticism every time I hear it. Aside from being tedious, the game wants to emphasis that you are more powerful in the system than you are in real life, and that helps stress the importance of completing the radio tower side-quests and makes missions where hacking is impossible that much harder.

I think one of the main reasons why people disliked it was cause it promised to be a game with really high detail, modernized graphics but all we got was like, GTA IV low-medium settings graphics

I guess we are all.. Watching for it :)

So uh. This is in the source code:

Check it for yourself. I couldn't make this up if I tried.

It had it's faults, but mostly the buggyness was just too much around launch.
And seriously, vehicles phasing through eachother when one landed on top of another? Pfft, kinda lame. :P
The fact that it had pretty damn bad playing with friends support at launch was the most meh thing.

This, it's unbearable how stuffty the first game looks atter release compared to it's E3 footage.
