-more variety
I love chicken, but I'm not sure you can say it has more variety.

There's a lot you can do to chicken (fry, roast, turn to soup, etc) and there's a lot you can put it with/in (roast veg, bacon, in a burger, in pies), but as a meat, there's very little difference in taste/texture between its cuts.

Chicken wings, thighs and breasts all taste very much the same, and most of your distinction in texture is down to how much bone they have.

Whereas Pork is more varied, as you have cuts with more distinct tastes/textures, like Gammon versus Rib, or Chops versus Belly Fat.

I guess it depends on what you're counting in variety. Chicken can certainly be put into a lot of meals.
