Doom IV, Just Cause 3, or MGS V?

What should I get?

Phantom pain for 38.49?
Doom for 47.99?
Or Just Cause 3 for 34.99?

It's a tough choice. I've never played an MGS game though so I don't know if I'll actually like it.
I liked Just Cause 2 but I heard 3 had bad optimization (I'm using a Radeon HD 7950 ATM)
And I am really interested in Doom but it's really expensive and I'm not all that interested in the multiplayer.

Metal gear is loads of fun and totally worth it, probably the richest or most interesting gameplay of the three.

MGSV is super fun and I have like 200 hours in it. It's also not a bad game to play if you are interested in the MGS story, as the background information you need isn't a ton and it isn't actually super relevant to the rest of the series on its own.

Just Cause 3 looks like a cool sandbox to me, I guess.

I never saw the appeal in Doom because it seems like a super basic shooter with very little mechanical depth.

there's also the online mode but that's not very popular

I gambled on MGS V, being new to the franchise, and I honestly didn't enjoy it or play it for long.
If you've never played Metal Gear before I would just suggest you research the gameplay first.


Just Cause 3 though I can confirm is great. An improvement on JC2.
Much more beautiful, fun to travel across, densely populated, with a better story (although story still takes a backseat).

If you were to play it safe then you wouldn't be disappointed by choosing JC3.

I'd get Just Cause 3. You can always refund it if it doesn't run like it should.

but then again i haven't played jc3. you can literally just get jc2 for way cheaper and almost the same experience, i THINK. i may be wrong but all i'm tryna say is that mgsv is forgetin' GREAT
