Key Findings:
Police killed at least 102 unarmed black people in 2015, nearly twice each week. (See which police departments were responsible for these deaths)
Nearly 1 in 3 black people killed by police in 2015 were identified as unarmed, though the actual number is likely higher due to underreporting
37% of unarmed people killed by police were black in 2015 despite black people being only 13% of the U.S. population
Unarmed black people were killed at 5x the rate of unarmed whites in 2015
Only 10 of the 102 cases in 2015 where an unarmed black person was killed by police resulted in officer(s) being charged with a crime, and only 2 of these deaths (Matthew Ajibade and Rebdomine) resulted in convictions of officers involved. Only 1 of 2 officers convicted for their involvement in Matthew Ajibade's death received jail time. He was sentenced to 1 year in jail and allowed to serve this time exclusively on weekends. Deputy Bates, who killed Rebdomine, will be sentenced May 31.
This net article provides the crime rate by race. Whites are shown to commit 6,214,197 of 9,014,635, while blacks are 2,549,655 of 9,014,635. Whites being 73% of the population which blacks are 13%.

The first source you provided doesn't really say anything noteworthy. Remember this, blacks are more likely to resist and escalate the confrontation. Whites are much more likely to comply with an officers demands than blacks so confrontations with unarmed whites rarely escalate to the point where lethal force is used. Also, the last "key finding" makes the mistake of assuming that every single case of an unarmed black killed by police was a result of police brutality. I've already stated that there is a problem with how police officers are charged when it comes to police brutality, but that doesn't change the fact that most of the time when someone, white, black, hispanic or whatever, is killed, it is justified.
Your second source basically says "blacks are killed more than whites and that isn't fair"
You still haven't acknowledged the fact that blacks are more likely to commit crimes. You are getting so caught up in this perceived epidemic of tribal white cops killing blacks that you can't even see the deep seated problems in black culture that promote violence and illegal behavior. Rap music is a great example. Blacks are the racial/culture group that dominate rap music, and many rap artists have a tendency to glorify illegal and gang related behaviors. Couple that with rampant single parenthood in the black community, and you have a perfect mixture to produce violent criminals. 66% of black children are being raised by single parents, and one of our most useful indicators of whether or not someone will engage in criminal activity later on in life is whether or not they are raised by a single parent. The black community has to fix itself, and that begins with getting rid of the welfare state so that black mothers will be more likely to stay with the fathers of their children, which in turn will promote a more stable family structure which will naturally reduce crime rates for the upcomign generations. The black community has been bamboozled by liberal and leftist politicians that only wished to use the welfare state to buy black votes, and they have tricked the black community that conservatives are tribal whites who are only out to get them.
