State-controlled propaganda seems to not put much light on the German-Japanese diplomat incident, if none at all. Blue Meanie makes no references to it in his latest speech, instead focusing entirely on the Italian-Greek war and the improvement of infrastructure across all of the Kingdom of Italy and the 'true militarization of the army'.

Afterwards, Blue Meanie states he will not be able to show up for the second anti-comintern pact, nor any of his representatives/officials, and then claims that the Italian-Greek War occurring deserves utmost attention by the Italian government.

THE  FASCINTERN

The United States proposes a new reactive fascist alliance, whose principles and doctrine would be primarily based upon that of the Anglosphere and Axis.
This alliance, if successful, would replace both of these alliances.
It also invites the previously unaffiliated nations of China, Spain, Finland, Hungary, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Venezuela, and Cuba.
For the sake of wartime security, its headquarters would be in the District of Columbia, so that it may have access to the resources of the whitehouse.

Japan and its puppet states are not mentioned during the proposal of this new coalition.

Germany agrees and urges those invited to do the same.

Blue Meanie accepts the invitation, Italy joining the Fascintern. This information is broadcasted throughout state media, though the propaganda press lay's it's eyes on the betterment of the Italian Empire's state.

Finland, Hungary, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela accept their invitations, Spain and Peru decline, China does not acknowledge.

Japan is understandably upset with not being included in the new alliance. Japanese news sources do not mention the diplomat incident but instead focus on Japan's symbolically being kicked out of the Axis. The two diplomats who caused this incident disappear...

We are surprised by Finland's refusal. Do they not desire protection from the Soviet menace?

Meanwhile, has France... reconsidered... their position in the Munich Conference?

So...
I was at Six Flags today and my phone presumably slipped out of my pocket during a ride. Needless to say, I don't have it anymore. I'll see about borrowing my dad's laptop when I can, but I may be even less active during vacation from here on out. :(
