actually being dismissive isn't limited to drama, it's just most common in it
this. also to add on to that:
the dont care dont post rule doesnt apply to dismissive statements within a discussion separate to the OP.
example of a bannable dismissive post: "the OP is stupid no one cares about what you said in the OP!!!"
example of allowed dismissive post:
hey zach noone cares
