Most rape isnt falsely accused and most of rape cases go unsolved/ charged. If this is an effort to say women have more rights than men, that's completely false.

Edit: However, it is my assumption the male victims are under-reported and that their is probably lots of social misconceptions of males getting rape.

When rape is falsely accused they believe the woman over the man. The man goes to jail for a crime he didn't commit even if there is ZERO EVIDENCE INVOLVED.

Then when they find out the woman lied, guess what? She doesn't go to jail. She doesn't even have to spend time the same amount as the man did.

If a man accused or fasely accused any woman of raping them the case would be thrown out, most times they don't even make it to court. Even if they do they always still favor the woman.

One rape case where a man claimed he was raped by the woman they spun it around and tried to play it like the woman was the victim because she hasn't had love in years and she felt victimized that no one would touch her. The case was dismissed.
