PayPal is fantastic. I've used it a lot (not mine) and they are really easy to use and save a lot of time. Also you can chargeback instantly and give reasons why. PayPal will really go after the collector over it, so if you are buying keys or stuff from ebay its a lot more secure to do it via paypal

they don't have a cost or a fee either. it's like 3% of income collected via it, so consumers are good. don't act like paypal is bad because Maxx is violating the ToS.

it literally says on the back of the loving card and i quote:
"a 4.95 monthly fee will be applied against unredeemed funds at the beginning of the 13th month after purchase"
so if i wait /5 years/ then im not going to have money anymore

PayPal used to not ask for so much information to use. I remember setting mine up when I was like 14. But a lot has changed and it's 18+ so you should have looked into that beforehand.

they only require it for certain things, like adding money to your paypal wallet, or wiring it from your wallet into your bank. it's for legal reasons, so I really doubt it was ever not the case

I was always able to transfer money to and from my PP Wallet. It's how I got my RedBubble payouts.

i got this verify thing from paypal after i turned 18 and i tried to add money. the paypal employee i talked to said it can't verify anyone who just turned 18 since they use public records to verify you, and if you just turned 18 you don't have any credit
and since you're under 18 you also have no credit history (obviously)

though the employee found out i was 17 when i made my account but since i turned 18 she said i can close it and open a new one immediately after since i was 18 when i called. but since you're way under 18 your account is pretty forgeted

The only time I needed to verify my ssn was when I wanted to "add funds". I'm positive you can connect/add that card and it'll automatically withdraw from the balance of that card (not necessarily from paypal).
