That's an art piece and is thus technically a movie.
I'm saying something as utilitarian as gameplay footage that has maybe three or four unspoken lines of dialog to explain a ramshackle plot- is that really a "movie?" Or would it be more attune to something like a Let's Play.
Are we really going to argue the artistic merits of this.
