i presume you're talking about the MM blood mod where getting hurt splashes blood around and also stepping on blood spreads it. idk if that's standalone, but you can run a search for "SMM blood" in the addons board to see if it comes up.
there's also a more traditional footstep mod in the addons board somewhere, where the footsteps left behind match the color of the brick they are left on. you can likely get both the blood and the footstep mod and just run them together.
